Container 20′ – “Small, but crazy” Types of containers part 1
Container 20 ft – multipurpose container for almost everything – how much can it hold? Load capacity: 22-27 tons – we order a container depending on needs within these values* and cubic capacity: 33 m³ / CBM.
Minimum internal dimensions: length: 5,867 m width: 2,330 m , height: 2,350 m.
Important – minimum internal dimensions of the door: width: 2,286 m, height: 2,261 m.
It can transport most types of the cargo, except for, among others goods requiring low temperatures, live animals, products with a strong smell, cargo with a weight and/or dimensions exceeding the parameters of this container.
20′ container construction: it is made of corrugated steel, inside there are handles for securing the load, the door is watertight, closed with 2-4 locks with holes for padlocks and seals, the strongest part of the container are the corner posts with hooks, which are used to fasten, lift and put the container, the roof is the weakest part of the container and nothing must be loaded on it.

*In practice, the weight of the goods that can be loaded into a container is limited not only by its load capacity, but also by road and rail regulations and the type of rolling stock used.
